The arrival of a child into a family is a cause for great celebration.  Here at St Clement’s Church, we would be delighted to share the marking of this special time with a service in church, where we can thank God for your child, together with family & friends.

St Clement’s Church is part of the Church of England, and so we offer 2 different options for this – Thanksgiving or Baptism – both of which take place within our monthly Family Service (the 4th service of the month).

You will be asked to complete an initial Application Form, after which one of our clergy will arrange a first meeting with you, which will include explaining the 2 different options of Thanksgiving and Baptism.  After that, we will be able to discuss and confirm a specific date for the option you have chosen (please note, that no date will be confirmed until after the first visit).
